  C. David Edwards, PT, DPT, CCCE   - co- founder

A Smithfield, NC native, Dr. Edwards serves as the Chapter Treasurer and Member of the Executive Commitee of the Board of Directors of the NC Physical Therapy Association.  He has over 19 years experience in numerous settings with all patient ages from 1 month to over 100 years.  His area of special interest is geriatric physical therapy and elder rights.  He teaches Geriatric Physical Therapy as Adjunct Faculty  for the East Carolina University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and has presented on a state level.  He serves as the center coordinator for clinical education at Kinetic PT.  He is an Alumni of Barton College (Atlantic Christian College) where he earned a BS in Business Administration.  He earned as BS in Physical Therapy at East Carolina University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Boston.  His vision is to provide all patients with a unique high quality physical therapy experience that sets the standard for our area.
Shondell L. Jones, PT, DPT, CLT, CSCS, COMT  - co- founder

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Dr. Jones is a member of the NC Physical Therapy Association, American Physical Therapy Association, and National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of experiences as a Physical Therapist. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University along with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University. Dr. Jones earned a certification as a lymphedema therapist from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies and has practiced in a wound care and lymphedema treatment center. He has also earned a credential as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, allowing him to progress patients beyond the rehab setting into athletics, general fitness, and wellness programs. After years of studying through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars, he has completed the course work and examination to become the only Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in Eastern North Carolina. In his zeal for education, he has served as an instructor in the clinic and in the classroom for North Carolina physical therapy programs and community colleges and has presented seminars for colleagues through the NC Physical Therapy Association, and Eastern Area Health Education Centers
Adam Gabriel, DPT - Dr. Gabriel grew up in Hickory, North Carolina.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  In 2010, Dr. Gabriel earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from East Carolina University.  Dr. Gabriel enjoys working with all patients of any age.  He has experience working with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and pediatric therapy.  Dr. Gabriel is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the North Carolina Physical Therapy Association.  When he is not working, Dr. Gabriel enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.
Josh Hefner, DPT - Dr. Hefner is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Program at East Carolina University.  He also holds a degree from Liberty University.  He works with patients with many diagnoses but has a special interest in orthopedics, sports and athletic injuries. While not providing therapy for patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Patricia Stokes, Office and Billing Coordinator 
Trish's smiling face and bubbly personality are the first things patients notice when entering our office.  She has many years experience in medical billing and works with each client on an individualized basis to ensure they are able receive the services needed.  Email:  Billing@KineticPTGreenville.com
Molly Eure, Receptionist and Office Assistant

Molly works with our front desk and billing department as well as overseeing our volunteer program.  
Heather Griffin, Receptionist and Office Asssistant

Heather has an interest in teaching dance in the afternoons and evenings.
Crystal Gaddy, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist  - all ages.  Crystal holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University and works with patients of all ages. 
 
Brett Bowman, PTA- Brett is a board certified physical therapist assistant who graduated from Martin Community College in Williamston, NC. He is originally from Elizabeth City, NC and is also a graduate of College of The Albemarle. Brett enjoys working with people of all ages and has a special interest in neuropathologies, orthopedics, and pediatrics. In his spare time he enjoys working out and training for competitive bodybuilding shows.  
Virginia Barwick, MA, CCC, SLP - Virginia specializes in pediatrics and has over 10 years experience in speech language pathology. Virginia holds a Masters of Arts in Speech language Pathology from UNC - Greensboro in 2002.  she has ten years experience working with individuals diagnoserd with Aphasia, Apraxia, autism, Dysarthria, Augentative/Alternative Communication needs, dementia and developmental delays.  Virginia moved to the Greenville area with her family in 2003 and enjoys working with children and adults to improve their speech, language, and swallowing disorders.  She also works as a mentor allowing East Carolina students to observe her therapy sessions as well as appears as a guest speaker educating students about the field of Speech Therapy.  
April Ebron, COTA - April specializes in rehabilitation of adults and geriatric patients. She provides outpatient therapy for work injuries as well as pediatric developmental delays.
Jessica Tripp, DPT - Welcome Jessica!  Jessica is a recent graduate of East Carolina University holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree.  She provides services in the Greenville outpatient clinic for a range of ages and in area SNF rehab units for geriatric clients.
